Jan 3- Justice and Drug War –Mark Konty presenter Scholars and practitioners are moving steadily toward viewing the “drug problem” as a medical issue rather than a law enforcement issue. This movement comes from two forces: the injustices, criminal and social, associated with the “war on drugs” and the pragmatic realization that law enforcement curbs neither the demand nor the supply of illicit drugs.
