Wholeness: Putting the Pieces Together, by Matt Pianalto

We sometimes feel that something is missing—that in some way, we are not
“whole.” But in another sense, we are each already whole, a singular
and unique instance of what it is to be a human being, with inherent worth
and dignity. Achieving wholeness is not necessarily a matter of
eliminating all inner conflict or obtaining all the things we think are
missing. Instead, wholeness can be achieved by cultivating an attitude of
self-acceptance.
