Originally created in 1923 by Unitarian minister Norbert Capek in Czechoslovakia, our UU Flower Ceremony is an annual ritual that celebrates our UU beliefs in human uniqueness, diversity, community, the hopefulness of spring, and the beauty and power of nature. Please bring flowers or colored eggs to place on our chalice table. We will take different flowers home and the children will make us egg salad sandwiches. This is sure to be a joyful inter-generational service. Contemporary music by the U-Band.
